A estadia foi boa, hotel bem localizado com bom café da manhã e atendimento dos funcionários. Como o hotel estava lotado, as vagas do estacionamento não foram suficientes.

Hotel péssimo

Hotel muito ruim nunca mais na minha vida, foram 5 dias horrível. O quarto muito ruim ar condicionado com muito barulho. Cama com o coxão de um lado muito baixo... ficava todo dia pedindo para trocar de quarto pq cada quarto era pior q o outro... só os funcionário que eram legal. Só isso mesmo

Horrível, pior hotel que já fiquei na vida, e o preço de um hotel de luxo, mas luxo não tem nada, o ar condicionado com barulho de helicóptero, barata, cheiro de cigarro e lençol sujo!

A recepcionista até simpática. Não digo o mesmo do pessoal da limpeza e da cozinha. A limpeza, deixa a desejar! Café da manhã bem fraco. O ar condicionado faz um barulho terrível, atrapalha até de dormir!

Fácil acesso, uma rua antes da praia, perto de farmácia e supermercado, excelente localização. Em relação às acomodações são simples, porém muito linpo . Um dos quartos ficou perto de um exaustor o que gerou barulho à noite. Quartos com ar condicionado, o hotel não oferece cobertinha ou manta apenas lençol.

Hotel bem localizado, fica a 100 m de uma praia, tem supermercado e farmácias próximos, além de uma pracinha com vários food trucks na mesma rua do hotel. As instalações são muito boas (o atendimento da recepção é um tanto omisso), quartos confortáveis e café da manhã gostoso. Recomendo o hotel pelo custo - benefício (é um três estrelas, mas atende bem às necessidades básicas).

Quando cheguei o quarto estava empoeirado, a roupa de cama branca apresentava sinais do tempo e pequenos buracos, os travesseiros pareciam ter enchimento de estopa, não havia toalha de rosto, as duas toalhas de banho brancas apresentavam sinais do tempo, o tapete do banheiro estava com um buraco, os vidros do box estavam manchados como se há muito tempo não eram lavados, o espelho do banheiro estava na mesma situação dos vidros do box e havia muita poeira na pia do banheiro. Imediatamente pedi que uma faxina fosse feita no quarto, mas pouco adiantou. O café da manhã incluso era bom demais!!! As refeições pedidas eram ótimas!!! Não indico esse hotel.

Hotel péssimo, tinha barata no quarto, roupa de cama encardida, quarto de casal e só tinha uma toalha e sem toalha de rosto. Esse hotel não deveria estar na hotels.com. Está queimando a imagem do site.

Eu amei a Pousada Bahia 10 e recomendo demais para quem vai conhecer Morro de São Paulo. Assim que chegamos, fomos recepcionados pelo Paulinho, um amor de pessoa, extremamente simpático e cuidadoso com a gente durante toda a estadia. Um atendimento impecável e amoroso que deixou a gente super à vontade. O café da manhã é uma delícia, com muitas opções e a pousada está muito bem localizada. Quando eu voltar, quero me hospedar lá novamente. Gratidão ao Paulinho e aos demais funcionários da pousada ❤️

O hotel é bem localizado em local tranquilo e perto da praia, supermercado e restaurantes. A internet funciona bem. O ar condicionado é daqueles pequenos mas esfria bem Agora o cheiro da cozinha é forte e invade os quartos .

O barato sai caro!

O único ponto positivo desse hotel é a localização, fica a 5 minutos de caminhada da praia de Piatã. O quarto cheira a mofo, vem um cheiro insuportável dos ralos do banheiro, o ar condicionado até gela, mas faz um barulho que não dá pra dormir, café da manhã não tem muita reposição então acorde bem cedo, tem um pequeno menu no quarto com algumas opções de lanches e pratos, porém toda vez que vc liga pra pedir uma refeição a cozinha não está funcionando. Resumindo não recomendo de jeito nenhum.

Um local bom e confortável pelo valor o qual está sendo cobrado, porém o hotel deixa a desejar pois existem outros hotéis com o mesmo valor e ainda por cima tem TV ABERTA fica num quarto só com ( globo, Record, Band e SBT) complicado.
