DO NOT GET THE LAUNDRY SERVICE DONE HERE !! Furious to find the laundry we got done here with the service which was a half a sack as we are on the road for a few weeks was not even dry let alone folded, half wet and half dry just thrown into the bag. When trying to tell reception they just shrugged their shoulders at me. Overall the hotel ok I expected better, the pool is ok but on the highway and facing the service station. Guy working in the bar area in the day super rude and seems he doesn’t even want to work … reception staff ok, one spoke English so that was good and he was friendly and very helpful as I had a problem in my room he helped the best he could. Breakfast is alright, best thing is being able to make a grilled cheese

Já me hospedei com vocês anos atrás e, na ocasião, a experiência foi maravilhosa. Hotel novo, atendimento excelente. Por isso, decidi voltar alguns anos depois, mas, infelizmente, tudo piorou bastante, especialmente o atendimento. Logo na chegada, a piscina estava vazia, sem qualquer aviso prévio. O atendimento tanto na recepção quanto no restaurante foi completamente indiferente, sem empatia ou qualquer esforço para melhorar a experiência do hóspede. Além disso, o chuveiro elétrico do quarto não funciona e o frigobar não gela. Sinceramente, é frustrante me hospedar em um quarto que leva o nome de “luxo”, mas que não entrega nada compatível com isso. De verdade, fiquei decepcionado.

Localização boa, café da manhã muito bom, camas confortáveis, WiFi razoável. Ficamos em 2 momentos diferentes. No primeiro, não tivemos contratempos. O quarto estava muito limpo, banheiro também, frigobar abastecido. No segundo, o quarto estava com cheiro forte de mofo, frigobar vazio, banheiro com vazamento e a TV não tinha som na maioria dos canais, mesmo depois de alterar a configuração. Em uma avaliação geral, um bom custo benefício.
