As fotos contidas na app Hoteis não condizem em nada com a realidade. Toda a estrutura do hotel precisa de uma reforma mais do que urgente. Quarto e corredores com cheiro forte de mofo e maresia; condensadora do ar condicionado muito enferrujada; cortinas do quarto com buracos e mofadas; janela de vidro semiaberta, emperrada pela ferrugem dos trilhos; rachaduras nas paredes dos quarto e banheiro; telhado da varanda com buracos e rachaduras na estrutura, perigo de desmoronamento; água da piscina muito verde, parecendo mangue. Quando chegamos para fazer o checkin tinha um casal relatando vários problemas, solicitanto troca de quarto e eles nos disseram que três outros casais quando viram as condições do hotel desistiram da hospedagem. Nós entramos em uma lista de espera para a mudança de quarto. Ainda bem que só foi uma noite e não cancelamos, pois como era feriado, não encontramos algo vago nas proximidades.

O hotel é bom, fácil açesso a praia, piscina excelente. Porem o cafe da manha nas fotos é uma coisa é pessoalmente outra. Me decepcionei. Esperava bem mais opções. A comida do restaurante é muito boa, a noite so tem pizza, mas de qualidade.

Não gostei desna da hora q cheguei lá na base de 19 horas paguei caro de Uber na hora de fazer o check a moça falou q não parcelava sendo q no app física q podia parcelar não mim dero nenhuma outra opção tive q paga no Pix se não tivesse tinha q volta pra casa q não era perto ou fica na rua pq uma falta de consideração total quarto mau arrumado tudo em ruínas péssimo atedimento péssimo quarto péssimo café da manhã pelo valor q eles cobram pela estadia poderia melhorar bastante isso achei super errado não volto mais calso um estresse grande na minha estadia por lá não recomendo pra ninguém

Hotel precisa melhorar

Recomendo ao hotel melhorar a qualidade do sinal de internet, muito ruim em todos os ambientes, visualizei diversos roteadores instalados nos andares e ao longo do hotel, porém a qualidade de conexão é muito ruim. Em relação ao café da manhã recomendo diversificar as opções, ficamos muito limitados as mesmas coisas

Ótima estadia

Estadia foi boa, no geral estava tudo em ordem. O quarto estava limpo, porém não estava pronto quando chegamos, e era uma hora depois do horário marcado para check-in. O atendimento no restaurante da piscina deixou a desejar, parece que falta coordenação entre os funcionários, fora isso tudo OK, nada que me impeça de voltar outras vezes. O café da manhã estava excelente e a localização é ótima, com uma vista linda.

Sensacional!

Ficamos surpreendidas, positivamente, e MUITO com a nossa hospedagem! O hotel é maravilhoso, o atendimento de todos os funcionários são excelentes e as acomodações são confortáveis e os valores dos produtos lá dentro são bem satisfatórios. Os animais presentes no hotel também são bastante dóceis e carinhosos, um dos pontos diferenciais do hotel. Pontos positivos: local bonito, limpo, aconchegante, porções generosas de todas as refeições do hotel, até mesmo dos serviços terceirizados. Carinho e cuidados com os animais que residem no hotel e com os que acompanham os hóspedes. Pontos negativos/melhoria: 1) Seria bem interessante revitalizar os ar-condicionados, precisamos ser trocadas de quarto pois o ar do quarto que eu estava não funcionava corretamente, além de ter moscas e mosquitos na acomodação; 2) Melhorar as opções do café da manhã, pelo valor pago, o café da manhã é muito simples, sem variedade e sem tanto atrativo palatável (sem gosto); 3) Seria interessante também ter mais opções de almoço no restaurante da praia, atualmente as opções são limitadas. Sugestão plus: Seria bacana se o local onde ocorre o café da manhã tivesse a opção de buffet livre para o almoço e à noite tivesse opção de jantares. Ficamos limitados as poucas opções de refeição do restaurante da piscina e à noite não tempos opção de jantar. Sendo disponível apenas lanches ou pizzas.

Estada desagradável. As fotos das instalações não condizem com a realidade, como mostrarei em anexo. Valor da diária injustificável, visto que a piscina estava lotada, atendimento deixou a desejar, o corredor estava imundo, talher oxidado e móveis em frente ao nosso quarto. Não recomendo e não voltarei!

O banheiro bem acabadinho descarga pessima tive que da descarga uma 10 vezes pra descer, e tava sem sabonete Falei la pelo watsapp e menina pediu pra eu desce pra pegar do 3 andar ai e osso ne. A area da piscina e legal.
