Staff was very attentive to when things close. Pay attention to closing times, and give the staff an hour prior if you want service. If the kitchen closes at 8pm, it means they go home at 8pm whether they clean uo or not. As a chef, I would be scared to see the kitchen in the morning

Friendly staff but didn’t talk English. Room needed some maintenance and paint. Bedsheets were stained and threadbare darted 2022 so old with a good clean and lick of paint it would be a lovely hotel the pool area was excellent.

Really needs renovation literally not just building but sheets and towels and better cleaning services in rooms and hall ways etc Pool could use a good cleaning because it has literally pieces of green fungus algae stuff floating around! Staff I can only say great things about them; kind attentive friendly but they need more efficient help there because they have to run dining room bar and pool bar and room service by themselves (2 people)

The property is located on the beautiful beach of Itapoan, the swimming pool is great, breakfast is ok, staff is fine, but the property is old, it seems that it never recovered from the pandemic. I arrived at the hotel at 9 pm and had to take a lukewarm shower, it had no hot water and the drain was clogged and water started to build up and run outside the shower, had to take shower in installments. Room furniture are old and bedding is simple, only sheets, no cover. It is not a resort. But depending on your mood can be a good stay.

The top three things i qould like to see the hotel change: 3. Improve the breakfast items. 2. Invest in better bed clothes. Maybe get some fitted sheets fo the beds. 1. Upgrade the rooms. Especially the televiisions. I used the television a lot . The sheer curtains should be changed also. The refrigerator was working, but should be defrosted and cleaned more. The hotel is perferfect for a romantic get away. With a few changes, this.place could be spectacular. The checkin staff was awsome. The kitchen staff was great. The wifi is good, but can use a little upgrade.For the price I feel i could get justba little better. This was my second time at this hotel. Im sure i will return.

I will not recommend. Has potential. Room: I booked 3 rooms to 7 people. One of the rooms that accommodated 3 people of our group had 2 single beds and a sofa bed that was broken. The person in our group had to sleep in 2 thin mattress on the floor, as the room was the last one before the service entrance it was loud and sometimes smell of sewage would make its way to the room. Loud music: We chose this place in hopes of peace. Music got.louder mid day until 10pm. On Saturday they offer day use of the pool and had singer. It was nightmare the guy sang out of tune all day. No peace and quiet. 3 type of music on, the neighbors, the internal hotel music and the musician screaming. The pool closed 7pm instead of 10pm and the beach gate didn't open until.after 9 am. Breakfast: Our group stayed in hotel in Sao Paulo, Rio, Minas Gerais before going.g to this hotel and in all honesty this was the weakest poorest breakfast of all hotels. Food was old and stale , not.lpts of options, slow service really bad. For all these reasons I don't not recommend.

Would stay again!

I had a good time here being my first time in Brazil. The property sits on the beach and is gate guarded. The room was fairly comfortable with a nice view and comfy patio furniture on the sea view room.

All the staff members were adorable and efficient, except for one older guy (night shift) who kept talking about politics and criticising the hotel, the area and the country at large. He was very negative and a terrible first impression, as we checked-in late and had to listen to his personal (unfairly) negative views about Brazil. I would recommend that he keep his personal politics outside work, especially as he doesn’t know what the guests’ politics are.

My 4-night stay at this hotel was different. When I scheduled my stay I didn't know that the only leisure option the pool closes at 7pm. Beach was my first choice to stay at this hotel but unfortunately the beach is simply impossible to take a shower. Full of stones and farofeiros and not talking about the danger. I will share with you some photographs of the reality of this hotel. Honestly, for the daily rate, it's simply not worth it. Other guests were also super insecure and dissatisfied with the hotel!

Café da manhã péssimo, horrível. Equipe despreparada, faz pouco caso dos clientes, péssimo atendimento, quartos defasado e desatualizados, móveis velhos, primeira noite 12/06 o ar não funcionou, o Sr que estava na recepção me mandou dormir com o ventilador pq a equipe de manutenção só estaria pela manhã e no dia seguinte ninguém apareceu no quarto pra saber resultado, ou seja descaso total, dia 13/06 jogo do Brasil eles não transmitiram no hotel, quarto limpo e uma boa cama, precisa melhorar muito.

O hotel é bem aconchegante, limpo, organizado. Os funcionários do período da tarde são bem prestativos e atenciosos. Sobre o café da manhã, não tem muita variedade, ficamos de domingo a quinta e o café da manhã foi o mesmo, não mudou absolutamente nada, os mesmos mini pães doces e salgados de domingo foram serviços todos os dias. Tem opção de omelete, tapioca e rabanada que são feitas na hora. O café deixou a deseja um pouco. O hotel é pé na areia, bairro tranquilo. Gostamos muito! Almoçamos no dia de ir embora, estava bem gostoso.

Hotel antigo, sem manutenção, porta branca encardida, pia sem grade do ralo, banheiro mal limpo, roupas de cama encardidas, apareceu uma barata. O quarto é grande e a área da piscina é bem gostosa, mas só isso O quarto estava cheio de bichos, umas formigas grandes, não dava para andar descalço, pq pisaria em alguma. O hotel fica em um local muito distante e eu não acabei achando muito seguro ir para praia. Acabamos ficando só na parte de dentro mesmo. O valor não é tão baixo comparado a outros hotéis para uma estrutura tão baixa. Faltam fotos reais dos quartos que nós hospedamos.
