O hotel em Salvador tem ótimo atendimento, segurança e instalações excepcionais, além de um café da manhã maravilhoso. Porém, a falta de Wi-Fi comprometeu o serviço, o estacionamento é caro, sem desconto para hóspedes e a academia estava inoperante.

Hotel estava sem água quente nos 3 dias que estive lá. Quarto não estava muito limpo e estava cheirando mofo.

Fico muito nesse hotel pois gosto demais, só que solicito ficar em local alto e silencioso. Tive ontem a decepção de ficar no primeiro andar, quase não dormir com barulho dos carros fiquei muito frustrada e triste.

Me colocaram em um quarto de acessibilidade onde não tem Box, acho horrível, a cama de casal menor e mais baixa ideal para que está em uma cadeira de rodas ou um idoso que não foi o meu caso e a água fria pois disseram que a bomba estava quebrada, fico sempre lá mas desta vez foi horrível dormi muito mal

Descreve que possui estacionamento, entretanto, o estacionamento coberto e seguro é mediante pagamento, o check-in apesar dos esforços do atendentes o ambiente é sujo, os sofás de espera extremamente sujos. o Apartamento estava limpo.
