"Location was great, right off of Lacson. Merkado Lacson was just around the corner with live music and food stalls at night. Plenty of laundry in the area, Korean Karoake bar just up the street, and not far from lagoon park / street food. Everything functioned in the room, shower did not drain too well, caused some water overflow into the toilet area. "The breakfast is great, friendly staff, and very accessible to the mall. I like the amenities such as the pool, pool bar, gym, and restaurant/bar/coffee areas. Very noisy and irritating vibrating sound from the room next door due to maintenance/repairs. Got transferred to another room/floor next to housekeeping room - irritating also due to constant door closing/opening, so back to the same problem. Staff needs training to at least upgrade to a better room, discount to bar, etc. when inconvenience happens."
