"Elevator was broken, this facility needs a lot of repair - room was clean but didn’t appreciate signs all over to tip your staff through an app. "

"Staff was great, room was relatively clean. Was not expecting to be asked for a security deposit but it was refunded upon checkout. Desk chair was wornout. Position of shower head was very low only about 5' high. Drain stoppers in sink and shower were non functioning. TV remote barely worked"

"Sheets were dirty with hair and dried, crusty spots. We got “clean” sheets but had to make the bed ourselves. "

"Our room had a huge hole in the wall, there were people yelling outside the hotel at 2 am and woke me up, and a cockroach ran across my bed the morning we checked out. Told the lady at the front and took my information down and said a manager would call me the next day ( Monday) Still waiting on that call 🙄"
