A lot of personal traffic in and around the facility, dirty stained sheets and linen, very hot and smelly rooms.

Working out of town (construction) not expecting to stay at some highend place just need a place to crash for the night. After working my way through the Crackhead gaunlet on the way to the room. I got in the room and the front door was broke and wouldnt shut. All good I carry, so is what it is. The adjoining room door was held closed by a chair in my room. Again is what it is. The bed was covered in stains (happy time stains). All good ill sleep in the computer chair, it was late just need to crash. But it was the cockroaches that put it over the top and had me turn around and check out. For $110-130 a night your not looking for high end but definitely would like a clean room that your not bringing travelers back home with you.

We arrived at 1: 30am, Lobby was nice, room was not. Toilet was broken. Had to go get a different room. The bed was clean, sink was clean. The entire perimeter around the edge of the room was filthy. Weren't there long enough to need to use the shower, it was so-so. Not sure we would want to. Second room had large chunks broken out of tiles in the bathroom. The breakfast was so-so. Several cooking implements were broken, which left us less choices. Quality definitely does not describe this hotel chain. We were very disappointed.

Place was dirty. Waited to be greeted for 30 min because the front desk clerk was too busy arguing with a customer about changing here room. Apparently she used a discount and the clerk had no idea how to help. He kept calling someone else on the phone to help and that person seemed to have been giving him the business.

Booked non smoking. Confirmation says non smoking. Expedia says non smoking. Quality inn says smoking and they can't do anything to help. And there smoking rooms are more than cigarettes.

The term handicap accessible should mean more than a door wide enough to allow a wheelchair to pass through. Door to the bathroom opened into a bed preventing full opening. Shower had a ski ramp in the opening. Very unpleasant stay.

The fire alarm was disconnected and not in the room. Had no choice whether or not room cleaning would be done. Walls are paper thin and could barely sleep because of how loud other people were. The hotel is old grimy and not clean. Was worried about getting broken in to the whole time. The room service lady was banging on our door by 9 am everyday even if we were trying to sleep in. Will not ever stay here again or recommend it

You get what you pay for, nothing more.

I wasnt expecting much for the price and i was not shocked when it was very dirty and had roaches. My first room had piles of dirt and dog hair everywhere. They moved me to another room that was even worse. Before i could say anything the owner came and said we needed to move because that room had a leak. The 3rd room was cleaner but the ceiling in the bathroom had black mold all over the ceiling and i saw 2 different roaches. The people that work there are super nice but the room and premises was very very lacking!

Better options in Greenwood for the price

The bed was very comfortable and they allowed for early check in which was helpful since we arrived into town early. The comforter was stained, as was one of the pillows inside the case, the carpet was sticky, I kept my flip flops on. The fridge had a missing leg so it rocked every time you opened it, I propped it up with the lotion bottle. Around 7 pm I realized the room had no towels (probably because of our early check in), when I went to the lobby to request towels, I was met with annoyance and was told she didn't know if she had any.... I said..... I have zero towels. She then threw them on the counter. At least we got a shower, although there was a 6"x4" hole cut out at the top of the shower. Then I realized there was no remote, after the annoyance at the front desk i didn't bother. The wifi was so slow it was unusable and I used my phones hot spot for my devises. for $85 this room was a disappointment.

Very disappointed

Oh where do i start? Upon arrival. The check in clerk was rude. They sprung a $50 deposit on us that wasn't mentioned when i booked the room. When i said something about it they said it was on their website. Fine print i guess. And then they said they would have to see if they had a smoking room available...ummm thats why we booked at this particular place. Then the room ugh...wires hanging out of the wall where the smoke detector was supposed to be. Toilet paper roll holder pulled out of the wall. The side tables by the bed had dried spilled soda on them. Spot above the main door into the room had water damaged and the ceiling was peeling. The refrigerator had what looked to be smeared chocolate in it. The floor had several loose panels. Whoever did the remodel did a pisspoor job. Painting over rust on baseboards. And the extended stay guest had children running wild. It was cold and raining and toddler probably no older then 2 was running up and down in front of the rooms butt naked. Then there were kids up above us stomping and jumping around. And lets not forget the smell of Marijuana. Several other guest also said something about this. It was very "loud" needless to say we will not be staying here again.

This motel says it's pet friendly. I paid the 15/night. It was me and my kids and our dog. My partner was meeting us later. Kids wanted to go to the pool and we were told you can't leave dogs unattended in room. The sign for the pool said no dogs in the pool, not the pool area. I got yelled at for having a dog in the pool area. I asked what am I supposed to do with my dog and he said "I don't know what to tell you". I ended up having to put my dog in the car so my kids could swim. The pool had bugs in it. The area surrounding the pool had junk all over the place. The least of their concerns should be my dog. The room also only had tiny towels. The hot water ran out and the shower and sink drains got clogged and wouldn't drain very well. There was a fishy odor coming from them as well. I won't stay here again. I did like that it's beside a pizza place that we enjoyed thoroughly. The price does reflect the experience so I'll keep that in mind next time.

The blinds are terrible, large lights coming through room, not dark at all. The bathroom faucet coming off wall, bugs on floors Would not recommend to anyone
