"The toilet was broken.. did not flush at all. We had to use the hallway toilet. Staff tried but could not help. They had no backup plan. I would not stay here again"

"This is an amazing experience. A luxury hut on the edge of a glacier. It is about 40 minute drive from El Chalten and then it took me 2hrs 20 minutes to walk to the hut. The only way to get to the hut is by foot. The accommodation and food is great, the views amazing. It is warm and clean. Rooms are all bunk beds I believe. I loved it and stayed 2 nights. No actual trails from the hut to go walking from yet though they plan to create some in the future. But I spent a day just relaxing, staring...

"Staff was friendly and the place is cute. The beds were comfy. It’s more like a bed and breakfast. We planned an early start for a day hike and needed to pack some lunch for the trails. There was no fridge in the room and they didn’t offer any place for guest storage. Luckily we rented a car and it was cold overnight, so we kept our lunch in the car outside. "

A localizacao da casa é um pouco afastada, entao para quem esta sem carro nao é muito bom. Barbara foi fantastica, deu varias dicas de restaurantes, informacoes sobre as trilhas, praticamente uma guia. Fantastica! "
