"I was thinking this was a more budget friendly option but staying in the Towers is very similar in price as staying at The Grand America. They charge you for parking, not a free breakfast, and the outdoor pool lady was pretty rude. I was also told we would have mountain views, which we did not."

"Rooms were clean, housekeeping staff were helpful and nice. Most front desk people were nice except for one guy one wasn’t very friendly in the morning at breakfast time. I stayed for five days and enjoyed this place. I already booked for my next visit."

"When we arrived later in the evening. It seemed our first impression was not the best. The lady behind the desk was very tired. She kept yawning while we were checking in. It went better the next day. Our trip was cut short & they were very accommodating to us . They refunded us one of our days. ..."
