"I was delighted to use my hotels.com points to stay at the Sheraton for a fraction of the cost of other hotels in the downtown SLC area. I had stayed at the Sheraton a few years ago and remembered it was a nice place. I was glad to see it still was. Everything was seamless from check-in until we left. The parking is so nice too. A little walk to the Salt Palace but not too bad."

"My husband and I stayed here during our 5 night vacation to SLC in September 2024. We had a wonderful experience. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, especially the desk clerks. Room was a nice size, clean, and the bathroom had a relatively large walk-in shower (vs. a tub with a shower curtain). The hotel breakfast buffet was done very well. Every morning had scrambled eggs, breakfast meat, and either waffles, pancakes or french toast. Plenty of additional options too like...

"My family loved this place. The cleanliness, friendliness, hospitable, awesome breakfast I may say. We were just five minutes away from our hosting site. We will return definitely to this location and the Hilton association from now on. "I stayed here with my new puppy and was happy I did. Our room was on the 2nd level near the stairwell where I had easy access to a large grassy area with poop bags to take my puppy in the middle of the night when needed. I also liked the in room amenities which included good tech ports, a spacious suite, and cable. The only issue was the shower which wasn't well designed in the least. I couldn't turn it on and off without getting soaked which is far from convenient. They need a second sliding...

"This is our 3rd repeat stay, Greated with a smile. Room very clean, bed comfortable, amenities good, pool clean, hot tub out of order but wasn't a bad thing. Hot breakfast always good and

welcomed. We always pick up after our pet, sad others don't see the need to even though there is a pet waste station right there. We will be booking there again in the near future. "

"Pet area was clean and nicely kept. One concern was a mess in one elevator that was not cleaned up in a timely manner by evening staff. "
