The customer service was awesome! The rooms were clean and cozy! So grateful for the ability to have 5 of us in one room with a pull out couch as so many affordable hotels seemed to not have that. The pool was cool but not cold which was so nice! And the hot tub was nice and hot! Breakfast had a great variety of yummy options. Would 100% stay again!

The property is a little outdated and the floors in both common areas as well as the room were very stained and dirty. With that said the front desk were very kind and helpful. The room size was great for all 5 of us.

For the most part our stay was fine, but there were no pool towels and when we asked for some, it took almost 30 minutes to get any. The pool area was not as clean as we are used to. The pool floor was dirty and used towels were all over, but nothing bad enough for us to not use the hot tub. Other than that, we have no complaints, the location was conveniently located near the mall and placed to eat.

The staff was friendly and helpful especially with the mild inconveniences ( elevator was being worked on and was temporarily out and there was some maintenance going on in the hotel) still a great stay and parking was easy. Breakfast was delicious and the gym and hotel were great to use. Highly recommended
