"Our first room the door was ajar before we entered and the Bathroom door wasn’t there. We get moved to a second room and the toilet was wet and the bathroom mirror was very dirty. The walls that are in the bedroom are dented and stained."

"Check in is at 3pm and the room that was reserved two queens was not ready. Was informed to either wait 1 hour and half or they could give me a room for the hearing impaired. I informed the agent why would I take a room from someone who would actually needed and they informed no worries we have plenty ..."
