Downhill. 1st room had a shower faucet that fell right off. They got us in another room right away. Shower worked this time but now it had a foot stool tired to shower frame that was falling off. Overall it worked. Pool was nice but hot tub was sad. The weakest jets ever. You couldn't even tell it was working. Technically they do. Again great area with great staff. "
