"The hotel room was stone cold, super noisy, barely any water pressure and hot water took long time to come out, TV had no reception at times and WiFi did bot work unless you stood outside the reception room…the staff was very friendly but I would not recommend this hotel"
"This cute hotel had the basics for an over night stay in Bernal. An easy walk into centro, a cut little outdoor space, secure parking and clean rooms. "
"They are an overrated property that advertises themselves as Resort, when in reality is like a motel facility with just amazing views of the Peña. No A/C, not toiletries besides basic soap bar. Many of their areas are closed down. Very expensive place for that they offer. Seems Its like a family run business with not experience on hospitality much less Resort services. Just beautiful views and nice landscaping. "

"I only stayed one night and I got in very late. The staff stayed to make sure I could get checked in. In the morning they saw me wondering around looking for coffee but the restaurant wasn’t open. No big deal. But a few minutes later I got a knock on my door and they had brought me a little tray with coffee and some breakfast breads. That was very sweet and thoughtful! Thank you!!!! ❤️
Gorgeous property!!!!"
