The air conditioning in the room couldn't cool the room. Every time we adjusted it went back to 74. The room was very hot and uncomfortable. At checkout, the agent was on the phone, just reached for the key card and kept talking. I felt disrespected. Didn't get a chance to tell her about the room ...
