The hotel has been recently refurbished and was delightful and the bedroom excellent. The staff were so helpful and to park in the hotel car park was a bonus. Just a short walk into Salisbury was perfect. The only downside was the hotel restaurant as the food was very disappointing. The food had obviously been frozen and did not resemble the pictures on the website. There was only one other couple eating there so maybe other guests chose to eat locally. However I would recommend staying there and we will return.
The staff were absolutely amazing and extremely friendly.

We loved the property and its modern design. Staff very good . Breakfast self service but cold on hot plates. No hot water for shower on the evening or morning of our departure.
A little funky to find, because the picture doesn't look at all like where you enter, but the friendly customer service was excellent. We were lucky to get onsite parking which was so convenient. While not in city center, it's an easy walk to everything. Comfortable beds. I would stay here again.
I would thoroughly recommend the Milford. Comfortable, clean and walkable into Salisbury.

Great location to the town. Within 10 mins walking distance.
Clean hotel. Nice decor and layout.
Walls and floors are a little thin and noise from other rooms to the sides and above could be heard.
Fortunately other guests went to sleep before me, or I may not have had the great sleep I did.
Staff were generally pleasant, but a little disorganised. Not one peice of info was shared on check in, eg, breakfast times and where breakfast was.
Only reason I wouldn’t stay again would be the thickness of walls / potential for noise disruption.

The tea and coffee facilities were dirty and the bed was ancient; quite hard and lumpy. Well-situated for easy walk into town and very friendly staff.
The hotel is exactly as described. The staff were all incredibily well trained and gave outstanding customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were incredibly welcoming.
A delightful place to stay
It was a busy hotel and the staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Made us very welcome even though they were busy.
The room was very comfortable.

Room was well decorated and clean but stains on the carpet spoilt the look. Shower and sink hot water was tepid despite running it for over 10 mins. Breakfast was plentiful and good choices but hot food on warming buffet style plates was lukewarm.
Lovely hotel, helpful staff, spacious room and modern bathroom. The only thing to improve would be the air conditioning which was not working. It was very hot in the room though the hotel did provide 2 fans. Ideal location for walking into Salisbury and parking was great. Will definitely stay there again.
The hotel was lovely, spotlessly clean, bright and had an excellent location. The staff were courteous and friendly, particularly the young lady on the reception desk when we arrived. The room was large with a modern bathroom but despite the Expedia booking showing a king bed, it was only a double.
The quality of food for breakfast was very good but, particularly on the Sunday morning, lots of things had run out and when I asked for some pastries half an hour before breakfast closed, I was told there wouldn’t be any more.
As soon as we arrived the girl on reception was very welcoming and helpful.
Our room was a good size and well equipped. The bathroom was very modern, spacious and a great shower. Ample toiletries in eco friendly dispensers.
The room was extremely comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. The decor was lovely, carefully thought out. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the centre of Salisbury which was great. The breakfast was good and varied. My only criticism was the evening menu was very pedestrian. We ate there once and it was well cooked and presented and good value but the choice so boring.
This was a type of standard motel. Nothing outstanding but everything neat and clean and near the tourist sights. The only problem that faces the property is the occasional lack of parking. It did not affect our stay.
