This is a very nice Hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms and safe area. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel; there was a Cracker Barrel right next door.

The room was in good condition and clean. There was loud banging each night I stayed there. It sounded like something was being thrown at my door or the window. It interrupted my sleep each night and made me think someone was trying to get into my room. It is the most expensive hotel in the area and I did not rest well there. Additionally, I was disappointed that there really wasn't a restaurant in the hotel. It was just a bistro. I do appreciate this hotel is "pet free" and it should stay that way.

Every member of the staff that I encountered was friendly and helpful. The location is easy to find and there are many options for food, shopping and even fuel within a 1 mile radius. Perfect for our stay to ride the Polar Express train.

The front desk attendant at check in was great! My room was excellent. Everything was clean. I had previously requested a play pen if available. The staff already had it in the room but returned to the room while we were out to dinner and added bedding to the play pen. Every employee we passed were so friendly. I look forward to another stay.

Only complaint is that the fire pit was not working and, based on staff, it hasn't in quite some time. We were looking forward to relaxing at the fire pit in the evenings but was not able to. The staff was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.
