"We have stayed at the Apex Bath before. It has always been good. There was confusion during the check in due to the way I'd booked it - my fault entirely. But a big shout out for Savannah on the desk who was absolutely amazing and so friendly; nothing was too much and she sorted everything out. A great asset to the hotel."

"Ok then - we decided to upgrade our experience to a Premium room with king bed, on arrival noticed that room size was not same as advertised (a lot smaller). When we queried with reception- to be informed that as booking was through a 3rd party it didn’t qualify for a proper premium room, these rooms were for guests who pay Hilton rates☹️☹️☹️☹️. Lesson learnt"
