I was given the wrong directions to get to my room and had heavy stuff. I had to re park car as well. No refrig or microwave. What kind of place does not provide this? "

"This was an odd experience for us. When we booked this ‘resort’, the pictures and property details made it seem like this would be a luxury experience. We had an expectation that this would be a chance to unwind, order room service, etc. While the staff was wonderful, our expectations of the property and amenities were not met. The apartment we stayed in was big but was decorated like a timeshare and not stocked with any towels, the hot tubs were dirty, there was no room service or vegetarian options at the restaurant, and we found ourselves wishing we had stayed somewhere else. "
