"Stayed for one night in Manchester. Located over a nice lake. Lovely view to look out at and staff were friendly. Would stay again. "

"I reported faulty TV on two separate occasions but nothing was done about it. I also reported fact that sink in bathroom did not drain quickly. Hotel tired and in need of modernisation. Carpets were stained. Hotel room was very warm despite leaving window open all time. Staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was good."
