"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof....

"I was loved this place. It looked amazing and had great reviews. But, when I arrived it was a big excellent surprise even more special. I literally wanted to move in & live there. And the staff and owners are super cool, incredibly kind, fun, and helpful. I rarely return to exact same place. "Fantastic view from this place! Hot water! Free water during your stay. Staff are really nice and helpful! They have raincoats and umbrella The terrace is very nice. "This is the best place to stay in Kuta Lombok. The suites are very spacious with two separate bathrooms on the two bedroom suite. Everything is modern and brand new. It turned out we were the first guests of our suite. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Full size kitchen with refrigerator, oven, pans, plates and utensils. Filtered water dispenser with a cold/normal/hot options is provided. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall a great place to stay."

"If you’re looking for a self contained retreat experience, this property is awesome. Having its own private beach is a plus for that. It’s an older property but beautifully maintained. If you want to venture off the property, though, that’s a different story. It’s isolated, miles removed from the Kuta Beach scene. In my eye, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, mind you. I found Kuta Beach to be overrun with locals on the weekend and largely deserted during the week. Didn’t like the aggressiveness of the hawkers either. So I was content to stay at the Novotel and relax most of the time. "
