"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. "Wow! This hotel is massive. Took us quite a while to find our room. 2018 is not for you if you struggle to walk any distance. I really love a walk-in shower but we were told they're were none available but they did provide a bath mat. We weren't offered an upgrade so unless I can have a walkin shower I wouldn't stay here again due to a previous fall in a bath at home. Extremely popular hotel with great facilities. Food was amazing and so well organised given the size & capacity of visitors. Paying for parking was well worthwhile. Yet again it's popular so walking around the hotel to get to our car was exhausting but I did enjoy my stay.😁"
