"First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. "I had high expectations and they were met and exceeded. The staff are polite, courteous and professional without being robotic, and that makes a difference. The room was larger than expecting, well furnished. The bathroom was good and the buttons for the shower avoided the usual fear of having to take a degree in plumbing that you usually find with hotel bathrooms. The bed was a little firmer than I like but then everyone has different tastes. The coffee was good, the water fountain downstairs good (although I didn't really want to go down in my pyjamas). The hotel was better than the photos!"

"Great room with plenty of space and very quiet- no noticeable noise from other guests or the road. Secure underground parking available at an extra cost. Very comfortable bed. Fridge, kettle and proper mugs in the room. We used the laundry room which was great- costs around £2.40 for each wash/drying cycle. There’s also an iron and ironing board in the room. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very good and reasonably priced too. Gym is open 24 hours and has some decent equipment and hand weights, plus the room has air conditioning which is always a plus. There is a water filter machine near reception and it’s free to use. Staff were very friendly and helpful with transport information and suggestions of places to visit. The hotel is a little way from the centre of the city but easy to reach by tram or bus, taking approximately 10 minutes. The bus stops right outside the hotel and the walk to the tram stop is about 10 minutes. We walked into the centre along the river and it took 25 minutes. There’s a Carrefore supermarket next door to the hotel. The only negative point is that the air conditioning was not cool enough. We would definitely stay here again."
