Clean hotel. No aircon. Spartan bathroom.

Great location. Friendly staff. No aircon, so not ideal during warm summers! We were also given an accessible family room, which was less than ideal. Toilet is very basic. No shower enclosure, just a flimsy curtain that separates the toilet seat from the shower area.

Cool stay near la cité du vin

Nice aparthotel near la cité du vin. Interesting location. Apparently I got an complimentary upgrade and the room was really spacious. Reception service was basic and austere. Be careful: there’s no cleaning service/ towel change except if you pay extra for it. All in all it could be a bit cheaper for what it offers, but given that it was in a period of high demand, price was reasonable.

Apartment is in a great location with the added bonus of secure parking. Our room was not the cleanest. Stains on bedding and dirt under the beds on the floor. I used the sweeping brush provided. Beds were very hard but ok to sleep for 2 nights. Fridge in the room a little noisy at night. Overall good value for money.

A nice and convenient place with easy access to the city centre. Very well maintained. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would be improved through the addition of air conditioning, but otherwise, this is a recommended stay.
