"It's our 2nd time coming here. We love that it's so close to the attractions of old town. Great help from reception, to all the other staff. Breakfast and other dining options are available for a surcharge. They are doing their part in reducing plastic use by providing reusable carafe for water which you can refill in the lobby or the basement. Also very close to alternative parking in Hotel-Dieu if you don't want to pay for the hotel valet. "

"We love the Hotel Palace Royal. We stay here every year when we're in Quebec City. Such a great location, and the rooms with the inside balcony overlooking the pool are just so much fun. "

"Beautiful, clean hotel with friendly staff. A lot of nice restaurants within a minute from the hotel, walking distance from old Quebec City. Amazing location! Love it "

"Good: The wonderful front counter staff went out of their way to be helpful after an issue with the EV charging in the parking lot. Not so good: We were there for 3 nights and noone cleaned our room or stocked up our coffee machine supplies on any of the mornings that we were out of our room."
