"Nous avons adoré…je dois souligner la gentillesse et douceur des gens qui y travaillent… je peux dire que c’est LE meilleur service que nous avons eu dans un hôtel.
C’est reposant, et effervescent à la fois !
Y’a un bel équilibre aussi pour les familles, les couples et les travailleurs !"
"We got a double queen studio room and it was fantastic. I love the high ceilings! The rooms are large with a huge fridge, an actual stove with oven, rangehood and dishwasher. It has a huge space between the beds and the desk and TV. The dining area is also nice and spacious. I would choose this hotel if I were to stay for a month or more. Location is close to train station. Staff were very good and helpful. The breakfasts were also good value. Unlike Marriott hotels, they actually provide you with lotions, shoe polisher and shower cap. I did not ask for toothbrush but I know some hotels no longer supply them.
One improvement is I just wish they have a hot tub."
"Staff was amazing!! Every single staff member was wonderful and they made check-in and check-out seamless. Def could’ve been cleaner though. The towels had stains and I found multiple hairs on towels, sheets, blankets. The body towels smelled like sour milk and the room smelled heavily of food, which I get there’s a kitchen in unit but it was pretty strong. On top of that there were no duvet covers on the duvets, just a sheet on top so that was kinda sus.
It was a fine stay, wasn’t great wasn’t the worst. Again though if we were rating just on staff alone it would’ve been five stars. ◡̈ "
"The eggs at breakfast are not good looks like they used powder eggs
Not practical to get the luggage cart out of the hotel as only 1 door opens
Nice rooms
Cleaning staff is friendly
Would go back again"
