"The apartment was clean, spacious and well catered (except for the lack of hair dryer). However, there was no WIFI, which made it extremely inconvenient for me to do any work. I had to find another venue which is difficult in a city I do not know. The absence of WIFI made it impossible to receive emails, so I was also left stranded to access my key on arrival. Definitely not to be recommended for international professional travel."

"An extremely enjoyable 3-days at this Residhome, the check-in staff were lovely (friendly, professional and multilingual) and gave me the quiet room that I’d requested. The studio itself was spacious, pristine and comfortable, plus the much appreciated good A/C in 40C. Location was also good, just a 15 minute pleasant walk along the harbour from the train and bus terminals and same into the city centre and Château. Ticked all my boxes, will certainly use again and recommend!"

"Helpful staff. Room was as expected. I could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat. I also asked before arrival for an extra blanket and was told they did not have any. I think something every hotel should have on hand. Breakfast was good and offered in a lovely space. The decor of the hotel was fresh and fun. A very short walk from the train station, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel."

"This property was exceptional. The bed sheets were a cool and lovely linen. Everything was pristine. There was a hangout space downstairs where they served snacks. The architecture of the room was definitely unique - the bathroom had one funny feature, glass walls with blinds for privacy! And you had to walk through the shower to get to the toilet. Still, great amenities in the space. Super sleek and modern."
