An extremely enjoyable 3-days at this Residhome, the check-in staff were lovely (friendly, professional and multilingual) and gave me the quiet room that I’d requested. The studio itself was spacious, pristine and comfortable, plus the much appreciated good A/C in 40C. Location was also good, just a 15 minute pleasant walk along the harbour from the train and bus terminals and same into the city centre and Château. Ticked all my boxes, will certainly use again and recommend!

This hotel is quite old and needs to be renewed. Hotel is around unsafe area, rooms are smelly and not clean. Definitely I am not going to stay in this hotel group. It does not worth its price. Carpark is quite low and narrow.

A room full of compromises

This room felt awkward and required constant compromises. While each issue was minor on its own, together they made for a frustrating stay. Floor space was limited, made worse by a large, unusable lamp and a desk in place of a bedside table. Storage was decent, but poorly designed - cupboard doors only opened halfway, and lighting inside was nonexistent. The wall-mounted TV was a head hazard at night. The bathroom had a sink far from the mirror, a badly placed rail, a shower head that wouldn’t stay in place, and you couldn’t close the door with the mat down. The air con couldn’t drop below 26°C during a 36°C day, and the elevators were consistently slow and occupied by cleaning carts. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable and the staff were lovely.

The best experience I had in France so far. From Paris to Crozon I really felt comfortable and welcome here. The only problem was google maps sending me to the parking lot on the side of the sports field. Which I guess was good cause once you check in you get a parking card for underground. And finding the front door. it faces the river just around the corner from the restaurant that is there. I walked right by the entrance. Food was great in Nantes but the burger in the place next door on the street was amazing for a budget filler dinner.

Hôtel très bien situé et personnel aux petits soins. Attention, il n’y a aucun place de stationnement gratuite aux abords et même au-delà de l’hôtel. Si vous venez en voiture, prévoir de prendre le parking payant de l’hôtel qui est très bien.
