Dans les toilettes fortes odeurs. Les allergies sont ressorties. Eclairage trop faible dans la cuisine. On n'y voit rien le soir. Pour ma reservation "2 chambres 3 personnes", il y avait 1 seule chambre et le canapé convertible avec un matelas fin. "

"Séjour d’exception dans un palace luxueux chargé d’histoire, s’intégrant dans notre Histoire de France. Tout a été parfait, dès notre entrée dans l’enceinte du parc jusqu’à notre départ, quatre jours plus tard. Accueil personnalisé, gastronomie exceptionnelle, services au delà de nos attentes. 1000 mercis à toute cette équipe, y compris à celle qui n’est pas en contact direct avec la clientèle, pour faire de ce séjour une expérience exceptionnelle et inoubliable. "Absolute Horror! Worse than a bad Motel. Moldy bathroom and other areas, peeling ceiling, dirty, floor old and missing tile throughout, musty smell bathroom, hardly room to walk to other side of bed, patio door difficult to lock properly, main door was dirty, falling apart and had to slam to get to stay closed, bath tub so high difficult to get in and water leaked outside on to floor, toilet in a dirty closet which to pull pants up had to open door or hit head on the door, hallways mold on walls, etc etc. why out for evening to not have to be in the room any longer than need be. I usually don’t complain but this was so awful and to be listed as a 4* was as far from the truth as you can get. Requesting refund for this severe falsely advertised experience. This would be a 1* at best. Makes me wonder who is providing and verifying these ratings. Stay away!"
