very nice hotel, great room, very pleasant stay. Pity they ask 25Euro per person after 12pm check out for the use of the pool... I find it very cheap specially since we arrive at 7.30pm the day before and the pool is on the shade until 1pm :))

A wonderful hotel in its own right. In a beautiful location made all the more special by the amazing staff. They could not help any more if they tried. Each guest was made feel very special whether at check in or anywhere else. Bravo

Superbe hôtel au bord du lac avec accès direct. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très agréables. Le personnel est adorable. La ville est accessible en 5 minutes à pied. La vue sur le lac est magnifique. La piscine n’est accessible qu’à partir de 16h30

Un hôtel calme, confortable avec belle vue sur lac

un hôtel charmant au bord du lac d'Hossegor. Les chambres donnent sur le lac avec une belle vue c'est formidable? Calme et agréable cet hôtel vous procure de la serénité et de la détente. Le service est impeccable et toute l'équipe vous bichonne. Nous y allons régulièrement nous ressourcer dans cet établissement très bien situé. Vous marchez autour du Lac et à deux pas de l'Océan que l'on entend!

Bonjour. Super Hôtel. Personnel à l'écoute et très réactif car une odeur d'urine de chat dans la chambre a été très incommodante. Ils ont essayé de d’atténuer mais sans grand résultat...En revanche chambre N°1 à bannir car vue sur les rambardes et les clients ont vue sur la chambre en sortant de la piscine et ne se gênent pas pour regarder. Très intrusif. Sinon très calme et reposant. C'est dommage .....

Magnifique

Séjour dans une chambre Seren avec une vue exceptionnelle sur lac. Très belle décoration. Excellent emplacement de l’hôtel qui permet de tout faire à pieds et nous avons également apprécié les vélos à disposition pour se balader. Petit déjeuner et dîner en room service, tout était très bon (malgré une longue attente du dîner à cause d’un oubli de notre commande...)

Super week-end en amoureux

Nous avons passé une excellent week-end. La vue sur le lac depuis le balcon de la chambre est superbe. Nous avons commandé des tapas en chambre pour savourer le coucher de soleil magnifique. La décoration de la chambre est sympa et la literie très confortable.

chouette vue.

belle chambre et jolie vue sur le lac. personnel aux petits soins Mais pleins de petites choses font que ce 4 étoiles a encore une marge d’amélioration, surtout par rapport au prix. Tout d’abord le spa est en accès payant. je n’y suis pas resté car trop petit et trop de monde. (et pas de « spas », dans le sens bains chauds à remous) J’ai sincèrement apprécié que l’on ne m’ai pas fait payer cet accès. une machine à café dans la chambre qui se trouve dans la salle de bain... et avec des capsules en plastique. d’un autre temps... la douche qui délivre un filet d’eau .. bien insuffisant (on m’a indiqué que c’était pour le label vert...) mais cela ne colle pas avec le reste... les expressos payants au petit dej. je n’avais jamais vu cela auparavant... surtout que là on paye déjà le petit déjeuner. juste du café filtre. trop pingre ! bref. tout cela est surprenant ...
