"The location is amazing. It’s very well kept hotel. Breakfast is delicious and has wide variety. My only complaint is they skipped House Keeping and when we requested, they didn’t come until 8 o’clock at night to clean."

"Reception staff super rude and unhelpful and said No basically no o anything. Asked for early checking and was not done then asked for card to goto pool with kids they wanted extra money for that. "The carpet was stained in multiple places and the whole room felt very blah. The lifts were constantly having issues while we were there, which was making us late with our suitcases leaving. Otherwise the view was great, which is what we paid for I guess."
