The Otroiza hotel is a perfect location to base one's self while exploring this magical spot. "Parfait, rien de plus à dire. J'ai passé 12 nuits à la Villa Belza dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel. J'ai été très bien reçu par Anita et Sylvain, qui se sont montrés arrangeants, sympathiques et agréables. Un grand merci pour votre accueil. Les lieux sont tops, les chambres propres et bien équipés, la piscine est un vrai plaisir et le secteur où se situe la villa est vraiment calme, avec une superbe vue. Je recommande fortement. "Grandpa Pinpin was is the sweetest man I ever met. He runs the place and he keeps trying to communicate with you even if you don’t understand French. Coming from America, I truly appreciated the local experience, and his son was the first person that I actually was able to speak to in the outback of the Territory. Staying in this beautiful home in the fields of sugarcane to get a true experience. Also visit leader price market at the bottom of the street! "

"The property was ok if you need a place to sleep but, definitely no more than ordinary. Breakfast was limited offering and there was not a lot of charm. Average is best I would give it."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Des Mascareignes. We stayed in the Soufflé Austral room which had big open windows that looked out to the ocean, and double doors with a balcony where our hosts made us a wonderful breakfast each morning. There were screens you could use to get fresh air or use an AC unit which was great. We chose to eat a dinner here and it felt like we had a private chef, which was our host Audrey. Very delicious and home made food! The whole place was super clean...

"Great location in the city centre and near to the beach; professional and welcoming staff on Reception. The hotel has a lovely contemporary design and is very nicely furnished. We were allocated a bedroom on the 4th floor with a rooftop terrace which was a lovely surprise. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and of a nice design."

"Well appointed, clean and charming little place with extremely comfortable beds. Was a delight to rest there after a very long day of exploring the island. Sylvette (the owner) was kind enough to wait for me after a late arrival due to flight delays, but it is important to communicate with the hotel if you’re going to be late as the reception closes at 8pm (it’s a quiet, isolated and sleepy little town). All in all, great experience with very friendly, laid-back but courteous service. Many public amenities and facilities located within walking distance from the hotel and staff are happy to recommend them. "
