"We stayed May 30, 2026 for one night. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast items were very sufficient. However, after a long day in Sequoia, I was looking forward to using the jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it is out of order and appear to have been this way in some time. The ice machine in the 3rd floor was also out of order. The elevator had a sign that the 2nd floor button does not work. It made no difference to us but anyone staying there would have to use the stairs. I think they need a new maintenance crew."
