Good clean hotel. Kids liked the pool. Rooms were comfortable and quiet, close parking to doors, good variety for breakfast including hot chocolate for kids Cons: hot tub broken, 2nd floor elevator button doesn't always work - but they said a call is made to come get it checked and fixed, our bathroom amenities were empty.

The evening, check-in personnel, Ramon, was very friendly, professional, and helpful. When I asked for a bottom floor because of my knees, he gave me the most convenient room! :-) The only thing that might need attention would be how they keep their breakfast buffet warm. I was there like at 7:05 when it opened and already the potatoes and sausage and eggs were cold; I ate them anyway cause they were yummy. Otherwise, I had a very lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel to others

This hotel has a great location, spotless rooms and a beautiful property. My only suggestion would be that they maybe elevate their breakfast to match their competitors, however.. My family is looking forward to staying again.

Everything was great . From our arrival , received good customer service. Super easy going check in . The room was very nice and tidy. Breakfast was delicious. My kids had an awesome time in the pool. Overall a great stay.
