The B&B Hotel was comfortable, clean and handy to St. Jean de Luz. The breakfast was very good. Also, there was a huge supermarket just up the street and across the highway.

Hotel good, reception guy bored with his job !

A BIG thumbs up to the room cleaner, excellent clean room and seeing her working before we left she is clearly a great asset to the company. Unlike the guy behind reception who obviously does not consider customer service important and too bored with his job to be helpful. A different situation with the female receptionist in the mornings who was most pleasant. Breakfast was acceptable but lacked the normal ham offering.
