Nice hotel...

The location of the hotel was good. It is a little farther away from the main area than I would have liked, about a 25 minute walk. In the other direction the beach is 10 minute walk. The room was clean and very small. This is the only hotel that I have stayed at that did not provide toiletries other than soap. There is a Farmacia next door and I had to go buy shampoo and conditioner. The workout facilities are down the street. It's not that far but far enough not to use it. The people were all very nice especially Melissa in the restaurant. Free parking was great. Wifi is free but not very strong. Biarritz is wonderdlful and we will return but we stay closer to the city center next time.

Tres bon petit déjeuner, agent d'accueil impersonnel et salle de bain vraiment trop petite, difficile de s'assoir sur les WC avec risque de contusion sur un mur bas de séparation avec la douche, coffre également trop petit, on peut juste y mettre son téléphone, travaux de refection de reseaux eau et assainissement autour de l'hotel provocant de serieuse contrainte de bruit et de circulation

Good location for beaches, sea swimming, surfing etc and a 20minute ish walk gets you into town with lots of restaurants and nice shops. Hotel staff were lovely, hotel was modern and clean. We only had breakfasts and they were very good, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit and lots more.

Le Biarritz devenu ibis style Biarritz sans preven

À cause des subtilitĂ© de fonctionnement du systĂšme d’hĂŽtels.com, ma rĂ©servation Ă©tait introuvable avec le numĂ©ro de rĂ©servation. Le numĂ©ro indiquĂ© sur le mail de rĂ©servation ne rĂ©pondait pas. Et je n’ai pas pu joindre l’hĂŽtel: pas de numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone de l’hĂŽtel sur l’e-mail de Reda, et l’hĂŽtel a changĂ© de nom entre ma rĂ©servation et la date de sĂ©jour, donc introuvable sur internet pour vĂ©rifier si ma rĂ©servation Ă©tait ok. Aucun email pour m’indiquer le changement de nom la veille du dĂ©part. Pour un sĂ©jour Ă  800km j’ai donc prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© rĂ©servĂ© ailleurs, pensant qu’il y avait un soucis avec la rĂ©servation. Finalement ils disent que c’est de la faute. L’hĂŽtel non plus ne fait pas d’effort. Je suis trĂšs en colĂšre aprĂšs les 2!

Trevligt hotell , frÀscht och bra frukostbuffé. Restaurang o bar öppnade lite sent , först kl 19. Trevlig altan med fin vuxna mot havet. Saknade dynor i utemöblerna , som loungesoffor och solbÀddar, obekvÀmt. NÀra stranden. Perfekt med busshÄllplats utanför , Àven gÄngvÀnligt avstÄnd till Biarritz centrum ca 15 -20 min. Skulle vÀlja detta hotell igen.
