"Loved my stay here. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and the staff is very accommodating. I was arriving a bit before check in, and they communicated well about having a storage area for luggage, but I ended up being able to check in early.
The hotel is very conveniently located for many bus routes, a short walk in either direction for really cool areas (Old Montreal or Place de Arts), and close to metro station if needed. There’s a great food hall just around the corner. It’s on a main road, and felt very safe, but I was not kept up with city sounds.
The room was spacious, and the view was great from my room. I did not get breakfast at the hotel as it was quite expensive. My only complaint would be that the walls seem paper thin. I got lucky and had a fairly quiet hallway, but if it had been more rowdy, I think it would have annoyed me. It’s also not too prohibitive, but there is only one elevator, so if you’re coming and going at popular times, you might be waiting a while for it, especially on a higher floor. I have a knee injury so I could not do the stairs, but I just made a point to arrive a little before or after peak hours (around check in/out, common meal hours).
Overall a fantastic and affordable hotel and I will definitely book again on my next trip to Montreal."
