"This hotel is very well located for being in downtown Montreal. Very close to Mont Royal park, you can get there by walking. The room was a little bit outdated, but the bed was comfy. Be mindful that level 5 is very noisy, since it is too close to the street. If you’re a light sleeper be careful, probably you’ll need an upper-level room. The staff was very kind and helpful. We ran out of body wash and hand soap, but they refilled them immediately. Thank you for a good experience!!!"

"The hotel property is stunning! The character of the property and the design of the hotel are exceptional. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. And the location was perfect for me - very central and so much of the city was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and efficient but there’s something to be said about service with a smile. I stayed a week and very rarely was I greeted with any amount of warmth. Another disappointment was the gym - it was surprisingly very basic given how luxurious the rest of the hotel is. I would suggest going to the nearby Anytime Fitness if you want a proper workout space. But these shortcomings would certainly not put me off staying here again."
