"The service was perfect. For me, the room was cold and an employee kindly brought me a heater. I was very grateful. I ordered room service which arrived in only 20 minutes and was so delicious!"

"Excellent stay . About a 10 minute walk into the harbour / town, staff were lovely and helpful . If I could do a negative it would be that there was no shower curtain so did not want a shower as the bathroom would have been soaked so I opted for a bath which was lovely. Also no tea coffee facilities in the room , other than that had a wonderful stay "
