We were upset that during our 5 day stay we had to leave garbage and dirty towels in the hall and the bags and towels were not replaced by house keeping staff. "The lady at the desk is lovely. The rooms are pretty clean. My door safety lock was broken and I had to wipe a spill and the cloth was very dirty from cleaning a water spot on the floor. They are pet friendly and for the price I would definitely stay there again. If you want very quiet I’d say book top floor. Last time I was top floor but prefer the bottom as lots of stuff to carry in. This time I was bottom floor. I could definitely hear upstairs so if your a light sleeper as I am, maybe book...
