"Fantastic Hotel. We’ve used it a few times now. Very clean, big rooms and comfy beds. My father in-law left his jacket in his room, he only realised when we had got home. The staff located it and put it somewhere safe until we got Royal Mail sorted to do a pick up. Very happy with the service. All staff friendly and helpful "

"It would have been a good stay except for one thing...the bed mattress was terrible and I spent the night tossing and turning and only managed 3 hours sleep and I was speaking at a funeral the next day so it wasnt good. Eveything else was great so if they could just provide mattresses where the springs dont bite into your back, shoulders and thighs it would be a great place to stay"

"Run down hotel. Cracked walls. Unrefreshend smell to the room. Not worth 1/4 of the $$$ I paid. Getting out of the bathtub was a fall hazard. Shower pressure was low...on the ground floor I wonder what its like on the top floor. Very unpolite and discriminatory frontend staff. Had paid for a quadruple room but was given a lower occupancy room. The only positive thing was the comfy bed and having a roof over one's head."

The owners were incredibly helpful, especially when we let them know we wouldn’t be arriving until midnight — they couldn’t have been more accommodating. The cottage itself is absolutely stunning, set in a fantastic location with truly amazing views. We loved the peace and quiet, and it was the perfect place to switch off and unwind. One thing that really stood out for us was just how comfortable the beds were. As the owner of four furniture shops in Kent, I really appreciated the quality of the mattresses — they were exceptional. If we’re ever heading up that way again, we won’t hesitate to book here again. 100% recommended. "
