"Generally not the cleanist. Marks on walls, dusty. Needed a good deep clean! Unhelpful staff, we asked twice for bins to be emptied and no one came! Stayed 5 nights and no one cleaned the room so bins very full as was only provided with a waste paper bin size bin for a kitchen area! There were bin bags in the hall way from other rooms for 2 days! On the day of departure it said we had until 12 to leave and some one knocked on the door at 11 asking if we were leaving!! "

"The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location to get around Paris. The only downside was the noise from the club across the road, which is probably only an issue at the weekend. It is worth asking for a room at the back of the hotel, rather than one facing the front."

"This was a beautiful property, close to the metro as well as walking distance to many sites. The room we were in had a view of the Eiffel Tower, which was a nice surprise! Staff was very friendly and the room service was always top notch!"
