"The staff was friendly and the cost was great,. The bathroom was tight and had no room to move around but the facility was old but clean. I would recommend for a budget traveler who only needs a place to sleep. this hotel met my expectations in terms of cleanliness. "

"My wife and I stayed in a newly renovated room at the hotel for 3 days in mid-August.
The Room
We chose a smaller room which was extremely well appointed despite being smaller than the average north American room. The room had been redesigned from the ground up and exceeded all of our expectations. The Queen size bed and bedding was very comfortable. There was a built-in desk with a mini bar as well as shelves that provided plenty of room to store items. The bathroom included a shower and tub as well as a bidet toilet. The bath amenities were also high quality and plentiful. All the staff we encountered were great.
Location
The hotel is located in a safe quiet neighborhood near a mall and the main train station. There were plenty of restaurants and a 7-11 and Family mart a block away.
I would highly recommend the hotel due to its location, staff and room quality."
"Spacious room, great view. Also was respect for elderly say holiday and they allowed for me an early check in which was great as I was very tired travelling from Osaka. "
"So nice, right next to station, super comfy cosy place with all kinds of generosity, good breakfast and free drinks in the evening. Pajamas, pillow library and lots of nice facial care/bath care to choose from every day.
Would be good for tattooed guest to know, I was not allowed in the onsen as I have tattoos, which was unfortunate- but checked it out inside and it looked so good. Wish I could’ve gone in. "
"The staff were very helpful when I arrived. The check in went smooth. They are not overly nice, which I like. They will assist only when I asked, which kept my privacy pretty good. Room was cleaned every three days. Clean towels, tooth brush, yukata and others are delivered at the door every day. No nocking by housekeepers. I enjoyed the stay well. The lunch on the lobby restaurant was very good."
"Staff and amenities at the hotel are excellent. Beautiful rooms. My kids loved the loft bed. Very comfortable beds, and AC worked very well. It's clean, modern and well appointed. Privacy blinds in the room which was nice. Bathroom really nice with a separate shower room. Just be careful because the clearance for the low bed is low so you do need to duck if you are over 5'7". I'm 5'9" so it's a little tight, but nothing to complain about if you are careful.
The breakfast was excellent. Various risotto's for breakfast, which was unique. A little more variety would have been nice, but it was still good. You only have the choice of around 5 breakfast options, 4 of which are risotto. They were really good though. My kids loved the chill vibe of the lobby and dining area. "
