I’ve been staying at this property for several years, and this was my first visit since it came under the Royal Garden brand. The hotel has been partially renovated, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the service has improved even further compared to its previous days as a Crowne Plaza. Although the hotel is located some distance from the city centre, its direct connection to an MTR station and a large, interconnected shopping mall makes it incredibly convenient. Hong Kong Island is also just a few MTR stops away, so getting around is much easier than one might expect. Overall, another wonderful stay, with improved service and excellent accessibility. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Royal garden is a very budget friendly hotel in Tseung Kwan O area. Location is further away if you are a tourist, we have families in the area so we love the location. We had the famiy suite and it was perfect for us, the two teenagers loved their bunkbeds and the queen bed was very comfortable. The room was cleaned and the AC worked very well. The staffs all spoke english and provided adequate services.

Excellent hotel with easy access to Hong Kong city on the bus or train. The room was perfect for two adults and two kids. Hotel was connected to the local shopping centre and train station, no walking outside and getting wet in the rain! The hotel pool was a favourite of the kids (although it could be open later and the closure of the pool due to weather is annoying). The gym was well equipped and there is also an indoor kids play area. Would highly recommend and stay again.
