"This place is a really nice getaway. However, if you are American, more specifically, African American, anticipate stares from the European guests. We were told that not many Americans frequent Hurghada, hence the stares. It became quite uncomfortable after a while. Otherwise, the resort is beautiful and so is the beach! "Very nice hotel. 5 stars. I love the amenities. We booked a dive and snorkeling excursion with their diving team. It was awesome.
I love the pool area. Lots of seating around the pool. The entertainment at night was pretty good. There is belly dancing, karaoke nights. It was pretty good.
Breakfast was also impressive. Lots of Egyptian food to eat. We had a comp dinner and it was impressive. They also gave us Pepsi to drink as complimentary. Very good food.
Our hotel housekeeping was nice. He cleaned our room everyday and left nice cute towel decoration on our bed or hanging from the ceiling. He was very creative."

"well , I do not know what to say regarding my last vacation at Zen , but I was really sad that days passed When i was leaving , but I am planning on making this my go to destination for Hurghada as I enjoyed the Welcoming staff and the amazing atmosphere they added throughout my stay. and I would like to thank Hikmat , Thomas for their beyond expertise dealing professionally with all the people around us. Also , I would like to thank the night manager who assisted to arrange a Taxi ride at a convenient price for us evading us going through issues with drivers.
