"Beautiful onsen hotel. The only problem was their name says they are in Oijo but the are actually 50 kilometers away and the taxi ride wa 10,000 yen. You need to take a local train to Hiji and a taxi from there for 2000 yen. "

"夜、9時50分着で大分空港に着き、10時には部屋にいました。
素晴らしいロケーション。一人旅には本当に心強い、過不足のないありがたいホテルです。
10時には入口が自動施錠されるとのことでしたが、
ギリギリすべりこんで、チェックインを手伝っていただき、ホッとしました。
翌朝、朝食もおいしくいただき、談話室は
ひとり だけでしたが、天気もよくて贅沢な気持ちになれました。
初めての大分の食事で「名物とり天、ぼんずジュレかけ」が出てうれしかった。
夜は無人となるそうで、チェックアウトも誰も会いませんでしたが、
心のこもった朝食をいただけて、
ありがたいロケーションで、清潔で静かで、満足です。

Checking in and out very easy and fast all the staff super nice and friendly and very accommodating considering I don't speak Japanese. I have visited Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Oita for a little over a week in each city. Oita was by far my most enjoyable and relaxing city I have visited. "Everything was neat and tidy, with a bento breakfast thrown in and cheap parking on a lot out the back, for an affordable price. The staff were all good too. There's a Gust restaurant next door and a Lawson across the road. However, the doors were a little low for tall people, the corridors aren't air conditioned and I'd prefer a regular buffet breakfast rather than eating a bento in my room."
