"Breakfast is Japanese style, so don't expect anything continental. Staff is mostly helpful some do not speak English. Room gets cleaned only once a week which seems alittle inadequate. Single rooms are small by US standards. Other than that hotel is clean and well maintained. All eminities are available in the lobby or other floors. Bathroom is on a raised platform which was somewhat annoying. I would stay here because of its proximity to the rail/bus/taxi station."

"I was very pleased with the front desk. Staff who were always pleasant and extremely helpful whenever I needed a favor or whenever I had a question. One example is when we required a taxi that was large enough to carry five passengers plus all of the luggage; the wonderful person at the front desk who helped us stayed on the phone for several minutes until both the taxi company and we were satisfied. That is just one of the many things that we were very happy with.
