"Very lovely, well-maintained and comfortable accommodation close to the cablecar station that takes you up the mountain. Has a nice restaurant and hiking equipment facilities on the ground floor."

"Clean room and bathrooms, and the free breakfast and luggage storage were great amenities as well. Would absolutely recommend for a short term stay in Shinjuku."

"Got there a bit later than expected but my time there was nice the breakfast preparation was super nice and option to rent a bike for a whole day and little souvenir shops around with good food places made me wish I had gotten there sooner, def would go back to hopefully see the mountains better since it rained bad when I went."

"Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The genuine hospitality and friendliness of the owner himself truly made this experience personable and one of kind. We definitely will recommend this...

"Room is comfortable and bright, but toilet is quite small. Friendly staffs. Overall, good experience but I find it quite pricey for the room type/ amenities provided"

"Good location but dingy just outside the front with a bunch of homeless people. lacking in amenities ( gym , spa , business center , dining options)
most functions are self service which are missing the human touch in my opinion.
Room was comfortable but Could be better
"
"I booked to be near to the Tokyo Marathon starting line, it was just 5 minutes away. I like the location, nice staff, very clean, and good food for dinner. "
"Great location. Across from train station. So much to do at hotel.
Only issue was we thought we had paid for breakfast. Ended up being over $50 a day fo two people. Recommend checking in advance "
The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3
10/10 Excellent
"Front desk staff were helpful and assisted us with self check in. We sent suitcases ahead and they were waiting for us in our assigned room. Room was clean and shower was hot. It’s the only hotel of our trip that did not have a smart tv with Netflix, Prime nor You Tube. Bed and pillow were quite firm and the comfort double room was spacious with separate desk, bench, side table & chair. You can bring an airport luggage cart to your room to load up suitcases and roll directly to departures at Terminal 3. Self check out was quick. Desk staff will hold bags after check out if you have a late flight and want to explore Haneda Garden. We would consider staying here again."
The Prince Park Tower Tokyo - Preferred Hotels & Resorts, LVX Collection
8/10 Good
"Staff service was excellent. Room was nice and clean. View of the Tokyo Tower from our room was great. Tried the set course dinner at its Japanese restaurant and the food was disappointing - considering the high price we expected something better. "
