Location is amazing. So close to everything you need. Easy access for tuktuk to go train station. Breakfast. Very nice omelet and coca tea. Room has view to center of hotel and valley view. Asked for hair dryer. Hotel helped me book a tuktuk to train station. Overall very nice stay.

Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. The sky dome is incredible. The views are breathtaking in the daytime and evening. The family are very welcoming and knowledgeable. The food is delicious. We did an alpaca and llama walk to an inca site which was a memorable experience.
